SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are constantly trying to offer you the best shipping options and the earliest possible timeframe for delivery. At any point, if you have questions about your order, send us a message on our contact page or email us - firstname.lastname@example.org and we promise to answer all your queries swiftly.
To minimize waste, get true to size fitting and reduce returns, we make our pieces to order so we usually ship out products within India in 7-14 days of confirmation. For International orders, please allow 3 weeks for deliveries.
Our shipments are fulfilled by multiple courier partners under Shiprocket. Once your order is confirmed you will receive communication emails via Shiprocket with the order confirmation and tracking details. For International orders, we will reach out to you regarding tracking information.Shipping Charges:
For domestic orders, we charge INR 200 for standard shipping and for International orders, charges start at INR 2600 and are calculated based on the weight of the package.
In case of an issue in delivery due to unexpected shipping delays like weather, natural disasters or respective state guidelines it will be best to contact the respective courier partner as Rising Among will not be responsible for these delays.
Failure in Delivery/ Multiple Delivery Attempts leading to Return of Product:
In case the delivery is not able to be completed due to incorrect information like address, contact details provided from the customer, unavailability to receive the product or refusal to pay custom duties, Rising Among will not be held responsible and the product will be returned to us by the courier partners. Post return, in case you wish to receive the product, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Custom Duties for International Orders
Custom duties, fees or additional charges that may be charged once the product reaches the destination country will be borne by the customer. Rising Among will not be responsible for those charges and they will vary depending on the product and destination. For further clarification, we advise you to contact your local custom office to know the custom duties for products for your country.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns will only be accepted in case there is a visible damage or if it is incorrectly sent from our end. If there is a visible damage when you receive the product please email or DM us a picture of it and we will get it replaced immediately.
In case of fit issues, we can offer to get it altered to the preferred size for which there will be two way shipping and alteration expense that the customer will have to bear. If you are not sure about keeping the product at all, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will initiate a return. You can request to initiate the return at email@example.com or DM us @risingamong on Instagram and we will provide a store credit for the same.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom made, personalized, or made to measure products, and on any sale or discounted items. We also do not accept returns for International orders.
